Reviews and Ratings <br />
I really enjoyed my stay in the two-bedroom suite, which was cozy and had a lovely fireplace. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the lake view was a great bonus. However, my experience at the resort was marred by several service issues, including late assistance and a smelly water supply. Overall, it's a decent place for a ski trip, but some improvements are needed.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. On one hand, the rooms were spacious with lovely views, and the cleaning staff did a commendable job. On the other hand, the dining options were severely limited, and the service left much to be desired, especially with maintenance issues and responses from staff. Overall, while the location is nice, there are definitely areas for improvement.
Our family had high hopes for the Highland Resort, but our experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were spacious and had a great view, but they lacked basic maintenance and comfort. Service was almost nonexistent, and with some cleanliness issues, the overall value for the price paid felt unacceptable.
Our weekend getaway turned out to be quite disappointing. While the room was spacious with great views, the check-in process was poorly managed, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. On the positive side, the dining experience was enjoyable thanks to a wonderful server, but the limited restaurant hours and strong sulphur smell from the water were definite drawbacks.
I had high hopes for this resort, but it fell short in a few areas. The rooms are spacious and offer a wonderful view of the lake, which is definitely a plus. However, the experience was marred by an unpleasant smell from the water and some frustrating service issues during checkout. Overall, it's a lovely setting, but there are significant areas that need attention.
